I think Jensen deserves one day a year when he can trace out a vision without a per share attached to it. Sure, plenty of people in line Saturday would, correctly I think, say to "own it, don't trade it." Sure, I was sweating "own it, don't trade it." Bill Ackman, the billionaire hedge fund manager, is an annoying and persistent contrarian. Whether you think Mr. Ackman is a billionaire blowhard or a courageous iconoclast, he is part of a paradigm shift in social media, where rich people are increasingly able to convert financial capital into social capital. Iowa Republicans were a clear reflection of that on Monday night, delivering the former president an emphatic victory. As clear-cut as his win was, though, Iowa has not historically played the role of kingmaker in the Republican nominating process. He chose to appear at court hearings as a defendant in his legal cases in New York and Washington rather than speak to Iowa voters in the final days before the voting. With its more moderate, educated electorate, New Hampshire presents Trump’s rivals with possibly their best opportunity to slow his march. Trump's strength among Republican voters is beyond dispute, but the road is long and could be bumpy.

Joyce Randolph, who played the wife of a guffawing, rubber-limbed sewer worker forever mired in a blowhard neighbor’s get-rich-quick schemes and other hazards of life on the classic 1950s sitcom “The Honeymooners,” died on Saturday at her home in Manhattan. She was 99. Her death was confirmed to the website TMZ by her son, Randolph Charles. She was the last survivor of a cast of four that dominated the Saturday night viewing habits of millions in the golden age of live television, and for decades afterward on rerun broadcasts and home video. I asked ChatGPT, OpenAI's chatbot, to punch up my résumé and the results were less than spectacular. While ChatGPT can offer some inspiration for your résumé, you still need to put in the work. But even with all that guidance, résumé writing remains a tedious task. I assumed it could offer helpful assistance for résumé writing, too. Further down, ChatGPT recommended I use words including "influential" and "prestigious" to describe my former employers.
